Can I get a custom colour?

Yes, you can absolutely get a custom colour - we offer a large selection of powder coating colours to choose from. The Oxytech and Dulux powder coating ranges are available. Should you want a Pantone-matched colour please contact us and we can see if we can accommodate your request. Please note that due to the custom nature of the work there will be an additional charge for custom colours.

Can I get a custom size?

We can create our works in custom sizing to suit your space perfectly. Please note that due to the new technical drawings and prototyping required for customisations of the work there will be an additional charge. Get in touch today to discuss your project's needs.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, Nicole Lawrence Studio can only ship our smaller items internationally. We are exploring options for international shipping but due to the size of the larger pieces and the COVID-19 pandemic, we still have not found an international shipping solution that works for all parties. If you have your heart set on receiving a Nicole Lawrence Studio work overseas then please get in touch and we can discuss options.

Do you offer trade pricing? 

Nicole Lawrence Studio works with interior designers, architects and other industry professionals on residential, commercial and custom projects. Approved trade professionals can receive product discounts and engage Nicole Lawrence Studio for custom and commission pieces. If you'd like to know more, please get in touch.

Where do you make the work?

Every piece of furniture and lighting by Nicole Lawrence Studio is made by Nicole and her team of industry partners here in Melbourne (Naarm), Australia.

How long will my order take?

Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks on most made-to-order items.

Lead times can vary during the year due to workload. Please contact us for current lead times. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive updates from our customer care team. 

How do I care for my piece?

Regularly wipe the surface with a damp soft cloth to remove particles that can abrade the surface with wear. Should you have any grease marks then a glass cleaner can help you remove it. Avoid contact with liquids and high heats where possible. Abrasive cleaning products are not recommended.

Is the powder coated finish on the coffee table a gloss finish? Is it possible to get a matte finish?

Some colours are available in a matte finish or a satin finish which is somewhere in between gloss and matte. Send us an email with what colours you're interested in then we can give you some options! If we don't have the colour you want in the finish you desire then an extra clear coat can be applied to achieve this. As this is an extra finishing step it will incur an additional cost, based on piece.

What's the difference between the Smooth Shelf Large vs Console?

The Large Smooth Shelf has a more dramatic curve with a narrower middle section compared to the Console which is much deeper. The Console also comes as standard with a flat top whereas the Smooth Shelf large has top fin details.

I would like to come and see some of your work in person as I’m interested in buying some shelving and side tables. Do you have a showroom/workshop?

We would love that. We don't have a showroom currently but you are welcome to come by our workshop in Northcote anytime at chat to Nicole in person. We don't always have everything in stock as our products a made to order but we can schedule your visit around when we have live orders in the workshop. We also have physical swatches of all our standard colours for you to view.

I received a notification that my product was en route to being delivered, however I haven’t received it yet. What do I do?

Please send through an email with your order number and we can confirm all your details are correct. If everything is fine on our end, unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do further other than advise you to open an investigation with Sendle. Please note, we request signature on delivery for all products. We have never had an experience where the parcel wasn't recovered but of course, we apologise that you have had to wait longer than you expected!
